浅谈老年居住建筑设计
【摘要】:
我国的人口基数比较大,随着近几年对人口数量的控制,造成我国人口出现老年化状态,因此针对老年人居住的建筑设计越来越多,本文就以老年人居住的建筑作为研究对象,重点对老年人这个比较特殊的群体的特点进行了分析,并针对老年人居住建筑的设计中比较常见的一些问题进行了探讨,对适合老年人生活和居住的新型建筑设计进行了论述,并发表了自己的一些意见和建议,希望能为发展我国的新型老年人建筑设计提供了一定的设计参考。

一、引言
随着我国人口和经济的发展,我国的社会人口结构的老龄化问题已经变得越来越突出,因此老年人居住建筑工程的建设也受到越来越多的重视。我们作为建筑设计人员在建筑设计时,必须努力设计出既能符合老年人的体能、心态特征又能满足建筑物的安全、适用、卫生等基本功能要求的新型建筑,然而新型老年人建筑在设计、建造中的问题中最为关键的是建筑设计的合理化及实用性。因此本文从设计角度对新型老年人居住建筑的问题以及未来的发展方向进行了一些论述。
