Agent HTUV150 is suitable for the fiber which contains -OH and -NHand excellent in anti UV.
No influence on color shade , resilience and permeability influence Wide application range
Less influence on fluorescent and no on color shade.
Applied for dipping , padding, printing etc.

Base on deferent purpose and variety of the fabrics , please do some sample test first. Process of cellulose fiber as follows:

Technical process:
Padding(expression 70-80%) 一►Drying(90-110°C)一► Steaming (100-105°Cx60-90s) or curing( 130°Cx2-3min) 一> Washing by hot water—> Washing by cold water
Attention:
In order to prevent HTUV150 from hydrolysis, please add water and HTUV150 first .add dissolved Na2CO3 approaching production.
2. Dipping process (Add the agent in same bath of disperse dyes)
Technical recipe:
1%-4% 20-40g/L 4%-6% 1:10-15
Anti-ultraviolet rays agent HTUV100 duisburg sodium sulpate or NaCI NazCOa Bath ratio
Technical process:
From ambient temperature to 80°C, rise 1-2°C every -80x30-40min,washing by hot water, washing by cold water.

If take the same b
