浅谈协调管理在工程施工中的意义及措施
摘要:建筑工程的进度和质量与施工过程中各专业间的协调与配合密切相关,建筑项目的指挥者要对项目的计划、组织和控制进行协调的管理。无论工业厂房、民用住宅,还是公共建筑,各式各样的建筑工程都需要各专业之间的协调与配合才能顺利实施,本文重点介绍了协调管理在工程施工中的意义,并提出了加强协调管理的相关措施,对建筑企业的管理具有至关重要的意义。

Abstract: The progress and quality of a building project has close relation with various professional coordination and cooperation in the construction process,manders of building must management the plan, organization and control of the project coordinately. No matter the industry factory premises, civil building, or public buildings, all kinds of construction engineering need all the professional coordination and cooperation between to smooth implementation. This paper introduces the significance of coordinated management for engineering construction, and puts forward the relevant measures for strengthening coordination management, it has a vital significance to the management of construction enterprise.

0 引言
对于高标准、高质量的建筑工程,无论从工程管理还是从施工技术的角度,就其本身质量而言,如建筑的外关及结构型式、安全合理性及使用功能等方面,都能得到很好的保证和控制。但工程施工过程中涉及到各专业的协调配合与交叉工作,这些问题经常得不到有效处理。由于各专业间的协调管理问题处理不当,在工程施工的后期容易出现质量问题,甚至出现返工现象,给施工企业造成一定的经济损失,不仅影响工期进度,还会影响到建筑物的使用功能,严重的甚至会带来安全隐患。可见,工程施工中各专业的协调管理工作是非常重要同时也是很有必要的。在工程的设计阶段以及施工过程中,项目主管应该在施工过程中加强协调管理工作,确保工程施工的质量。
