“六进”力度，建立了25个廉政文化示范点。
2、认真做好信访工作，促进社会稳定和谐。我高度重视做好群众信访工作，积极督促委局机关拓宽信访渠道，提高信访办结效率，加强信访矛盾化解。一年来，全年共受理纪检监察信访430件，%，%，署名举报答复率100%。开通“12388”举报专线，落实信访接待日、重要信访领导包案等信访工作制度，群众信访问题得到妥善解决，有力维护了社会稳定。加大了奥运期间信访责任制的落实，对个别单位主要领导信访失职问题进行了责任追究。按照高标准、严要求，做到了信访工作“三个及时”：对信访反映的问题，经核实情况失实的，我们及时予以澄清；经了解属一般性的轻微违纪违规行为的，及时进行诫勉谈话；经调查确有严重违纪违法行为的，及时予以查处。
3、严肃惩治***，增强反腐工作震慑力。查办违纪违法案件是监察机关的重要职责，是推进反腐倡廉工作的重要任务。为此，我高度重视案件查办工作，特别是对有影响的案件，抓住不放，一查到底。立案查处各类违纪违法案件93件，处分97人，挽回经济损失100多万元。其中，自办案件25件，自办公职人员7人，副科以上领导干部2人，查处有影响大要案6件；给予开除党籍56人、行政开除3人、行政撤职2人，移送司法机关3人。全面推行部门案件联查联审制度，案件突破能力得到了提高。继续深化案件公开审理工作，编印《基层纪检监察案件模拟卷宗》等规范性范本，案件审理员制度受到中央和省市监察局的持续关注，相继被评为全市案件审理工作先进单位、全省案件审理工作先进集体等荣誉。

4、加强执法、效能监察，促进机关勤政高效。一年来，我们针对行政机关中存在的“中梗阻”、效率低下、推诿扯皮等问题，积极主动地开展执法监察、效能监察。开展土地专项执法监察，对土地出让金进行检查，纠正城关原岭村挪用土地征用费等问题。加强对救灾款物的监督，检查救灾款386万元，保证了救灾资金的安全。严肃查处虚假招投
