探讨钢结构施工中的质量控制
摘要:随着经济的迅猛发展,新材料与新工艺不断涌现,钢结构在生产生活中的应用也越来越广泛。钢结构的应用始终都是伴随着高层建筑的发展的,在过去我国很多的建筑都是采用混合的结构,但是最近几年钢结构的建筑越来越多。在钢结构施工的过程中,钢结构的施工质量已经成为了高层建筑工程的一种质量的保证。所以对于如何能够保证钢结构施工的质量问题就显得尤为重要,本文对钢结构施工的质量控制问题进行了详细的探讨。

Abstract: with the rapid development of economy, new materials and new technology continue to emerge, the steel structure in the production and life are widely applied. The application of steel structure is always panied with the development of high-rise buildings, in the past many of the buildings are using a hybrid structure, but in recent years more and more steel structure building. In the steel structure construction process, construction quality of steel structure of the high-rise building has e a quality assurance. So how to ensure the steel structure construction quality problem appears particularly important, the quality control of steel structure construction question is discussed.

1前言
钢结构在施工中是比较重要的组织结构,在钢结构的建筑施工中,必须要具有一定专业化的知识和熟练操作方法,这样才能够有效地保证施工的顺利进行。在目前,很多钢结构的形式是属于轻盈型的,样式也是很多。钢结构在施工的过程中周期不是很长,并且施工的外形比较美观。在最近几年中,钢结构的市场逐步被建筑行业打开,并得到了大力的推广。在以前,仅仅是应用到工业厂房中的钢结构构件,现在已经发展到比较轻型的钢结构工程。相对而言,很多钢结构的施工要比混凝土结构的施工复杂得多,,并且受力也不是很均匀。随着发展步伐的加快,钢结构的工程也存在很多施工质量的问题,这就给施工单位造成了一定的损失,导致无法很好地保证建筑物的质量
