在第一部分前期研究中，分析了当代酒店发展的现状、传统酒店面临的挑战与机遇以 及对国内外案例进行了分析。首先，通过分析现代酒店存在的问题，并与国际酒店发展进 行对比，引出了未来中国酒店的发展新模式。其次，针对本次设计进行的具有针对性的调 研研究，选出两个国内外优秀案例进行分析，并取之精华为本次设计提供参考。
第二部分是项目规划与建筑设计，包括设计理念、总平面设计以及建筑单体设计。根 据宿州当地及基地周边的情况分析，并结合现代的设计理念，创造富有现代感的独具特色 的花园式建筑。并且通过对功能和流线的合理设计，在满足会议酒店基本需求的同时，结 合造型与立面设计，打造出环境优美、适宜居住的高品质酒店环境。在设计过程中，设计 者力求打破传统，创造出新颖的、具有创造性的酒店建筑。
第三部分是建筑技术设计，包括消防设计、节能环保设计以及结构设计。设计师引入 先进的技术和绿色理念，使建筑在减少了能源消耗的同时更加现代化。也响应了绿色建筑、 低碳建筑的国际建筑发展趋势。

ABSTRACT
This graduation design content for the SuZhou International Conference Center planning and architectural design, mainly includes three parts. The first part is the preliminary study; the second part is the project planning and architecture design; the third part is the building technology design.
In the first part of previous studies, the paper analyzes the current situation of the contemporary hotel development, the challenges and opportunities the traditional hotel facing and the cases at home and aboard are analyzed. First, by analyzing the problems existing in the modern hotel and compared with international hotel development, leads to the new development model of the future Chinese hotel. Secondly, the targeted research study which is according to the design, selected two excellent examples at home and abroad for analysis, and take the essence to provide the reference for the design.
The second part is the project planning and architecture design, including design idea, general layout design, and individual building design. According to the local condition of SuZhou and the analysis of the circumstances surrounding the base, combined with modern design concept, creating modern unique garden-style architecture.
