浅谈LW公司激励机制的问题及对策
[摘要]在新型人力资源管理模式下,人力资源开发是主要内容,而激励是实现人力资源开发的有效途径之一。建立合理的激励机制,是吸引人才的关键。有效的激励不仅能提高员工的个人绩效,进而提高企业的绩效,同时也有利于企业吸引、使用和保留人才。文中概述了激励理论,并简单介绍了LW公司的状态,以及该公司激励措施的应用情况。本文着重指出了LW公司激励机制应用过程中,出现的问题,以及分析了产生问题的原因。最后,本文就这些问题提出解决措施和手段。

THE INCENTIVE MECHANISM OF PANY’S PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES
[ABSTRACT]In the new human resources management mode, human resources d
evelopment is the main content, which the incentive is the one effective way to realize the human resources development. Establishing the reasonable incentive mechanism, is the key to attract talent. Effective incentive can not only improve the staff's personal performance, and improve enterprise performance, also be helpful for enterprise attracting, using and retaining talents. This paper makes the outline of incentive theory, and simply introduces the condition of pany and pany incentives applications. The paper points out that pany appears the problems when applying the process of the incentive mechanism, and analyzes the causes of the problems. Finally, this paper puts forward to solve these problems measures and means.
