A ics model was obtained. This model considered the decrease of volume by the dehydration of TBA and the adsorption inhibitor effect of water on catalyst. The experimental results agreed with the model analyses . Keywords : ethyl tert-butyl ether;cation exchange trsin;ics 近年来,,如***叔丁基醚(MTBE) 、乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE) 、***叔戊基醚(TAME) 等作为汽油添加剂,以取代现行的四乙基铅而生产的无铅汽油,既可保证良好的燃烧效率,又可以大大减少臭氧、芳烃、一氧化碳等污染物的排出. 目前 MTBE 是国际上使用最广泛的无铅汽油添加剂,国内不少厂家也实现了工业化生产[1].但是,其生产规模还不能满足我国于 2000 年全面实现汽油无铅化的需要. 同MTBE 相比较,乙基叔丁基醚(ETBE) 是一种更为优良的增辛剂[2],ETB E 的辛烷值(111) 高于 MTBE(109) .此外,ETBE 的雷德蒸气压(RVP) , 此值又远低于 MTBE ,因此既添加了 ETBE 的无铅汽油又可满足干热地方的使用要求,同时 ETBE 的生产原料之一——,一些西方国家,如美国、法国等都加大了对 ETBE 的研究开发力度,有的亦正在
