文档介绍:摘要本文针对目前电镀电源在我国的发展速度很快,以及脉冲电镀电源与直流电镀电源有很多优点对脉冲电镀电源进行设计。本设计首先从脉冲电镀电源的技术性能指标出发,设计了主电路,其中包括整流电路、滤波电路、斩波电路等。其次,根据主电路的特点,设计了控制电路的硬件和软件,控制电路核心采用 SPCE061A 单片机来实现。控制电路主要完成对晶闸管触发角α的控制、功率开关管 IGBT 的开关频率和占空比的控制,还有电流反馈的闭环控制。其中, 电流反馈的闭环控制,采用数字 PID 控制算法。关键词: 脉冲电源三相整流直流斩波滤波 Abstract According to the fast development of the electroplating power in our country ,and there being many advantages of the pulse electroplating power and direct current electroplating power, the pulse electroplating power is designed in this design. This design being firstly from the beginning of the technical specifications of the pulse electroplating power, design the main circuit that includes r ectifier , filter,chopper,and so on. S econdly, according to the characteristics of the main circuit ,the control circuit is designed. The core of the control circuit is based on the single puter — SPCE061A. And the tasks of the control circuit are to control the thyristor ′ s trigger angle ,and the switching frequency of the IGBT ,and the duty ratio,still and the closed loop control of the current closed loop control of the current feedback adopts the digital PID control.
