文档介绍：1 830 例过敏性皮肤病血清总 IgE 和过敏原特异性 IgE 检测报告作者:黄进波,陈升豪,方小娴【关键词】过敏性皮肤病[摘要] 目的: 总结及分析过敏性皮肤病血清过敏原检测结果, 探讨本地区过敏性皮肤病与年龄、性别、季节的关系及过敏原种类分布特点。方法: 采用日本 HITACH I 公司试剂和 CLA 1 过敏原分析仪对 830 例过敏性皮肤病患者进行血清总 IgE 和 35 种过敏原特异性 IgE 检测。结果: 830 例患者 36 项试验有一项以上阳性者 553 例,阳性率 66. 63 %, 35 种过敏原试验有一种以上阳性者 134 例, 阳性率 16. 14 %,其中 2岁~15 岁年龄组 35 种过敏原试验阳性率 27. 45 %,而 15 岁年龄组 35 种过敏原试验阳性率 14. 56%,两组比较差异有显著性。阳性率较高的过敏原是粉尘螨、屋尘螨、家尘、青霉菌属和蘑菇。结论:血清总 IgE 和过敏原特异性 IgE 检查, 对预防和治疗过敏性皮肤病具有重要参考意义。 2 [关键词] 过敏性皮肤病;过敏原;特异性 IgE Report about Totel IgE and Aeroallergenspecinc IgE of Serum in 830 Cases of Allergic Dermatitis Abstract : Objective To evaluate allergic results of serum in allergic dermatitis and probe into various characteristics of allergic dermatitis .
