文档介绍：1 胸腔积液四项生化指标测定在胸腔积液性质鉴别中的应用作者:姚家奎,顾蓉,冯霞,张晓明【关键词】胸腔积液; C [摘要] 目的:探讨胸腔积液 C 反应蛋白(CRP) 、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH) 、胆固醇(TCH) 、总胆汁酸(TBA) 在胸腔积液性质鉴别中的应用。方法:检测 70 例胸腔积液患者胸腔积液 CRP 、 LDH 、 TCH 、 TBA 四项生化指标。结果: 恶性组 CRP 、 LDH 、 TCH 、 TBA 测定结果分别是( ± ) mg /L、( ± ) U/L、( ± ) mmol /L、( ± ) μ mol /L ;良性组测定结果分别是( ± ) mg /L、( ± ) U/L、( ± ) mmol /L、( ± ) μ mol /L。 CRP 在良性胸腔积液中明显升高与恶性胸腔积液检测结果相比 ; LDH 、 TCH 、 TBA 在恶性胸腔积液中显著升高与良性胸腔积液相比。结论: CRP 、 TCH 、 LDH 、 TBA 联合检测在胸腔积液性质来源中鉴别中有一定的临床价值。 2 [关键词] 胸腔积液; C 反应蛋白;乳酸脱氢酶;胆固醇;总胆汁酸 The Use of Detecting Four Biochemical Index Sign of Pleural Fluidfor Differentiating the Character of Pleuralfluid Abstract : Objective To investigate the function of pleural fluid CRP 、 LDH and TCH on differentiating the character pleural fluid . Methods The levels of pleural fluid CRP 、 LDH 、 TCH and TBA were detected in 70 pleuraleffusion patients .
