文档介绍：1 肿瘤相关物质测定在肿瘤诊断中的应用价值【关键词】肿瘤【摘要】目的探讨肿瘤相关物质( TSGF )在诊断肿瘤中的临床价值。方法使用比色法检测 122 例患者( 68例非肿瘤患者,54 例肿瘤患者)和50 例健康对照组的血清 TSG F 含量。结果肿瘤组与非肿瘤组、健康对照组的阳性率差异有非常显著性( P< ) ;治疗前、治疗无效及复发患者的血清 TSGF 水平均明显高于治疗显效组和对照组(P< ); 局部、远处复发患者之间差异有显著性。结论 TSGF 可作为肿瘤标志物的筛选试验, 对肿瘤治疗疗效及预后判断, 尤其是监测复发转移有较高价值,可在临床诊断中推广应用。【关键词】肿瘤;肿瘤相关物质( TSGF ) Serum tumor supplied group of factors in patients with cancer 【 Abstract 】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum tumor supplied group of factors(TSGF ) in patients with The TSGF level was detected by spectrophotometer in 50 healthy controls and 122 patients(68 2 non-tumor patients,54 tumor patients ) .Results The positive rate of TSGF in tumor patients was higher than in normal group and non-tumor group(P < ) .The TSGF levels in initiated tumors,non-responders and relapsed tumors were profoundly higher than those in responders and controls respectively(P < ) .Compared with local regionally recurrent tumors,the TSGF level was obviously elevated in patients with distant metastic cancers(P < ) .Conclusion TSGF detection might be used as screening test for tumor diagnosis,assessing response to treatment and predicting prognosis,especially monitoring recurrence and metastases of cancer. 【 Key words 】 tumor;tumor supplied group of factors(TSGF ) 众所周知,肿瘤已成为人类死亡的主要原因之一。在当前肿瘤临床治疗中,由于肿瘤早期不伴转移,容易切除, 可为患者赢得较多的存活机会, 因此医学界对肿瘤的早期
