Candidate: Qiu Jing Supervisor: Associate Prof. Zhou Zhiming Major: Analytical Chemistry College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Chongqing University Oct, 2007 摘要川庆化工厂生产对苯二酚时,产生大量含锰废水,直接排放严重污染环境, 利用此废水生产硫酸锰由于废水中铵根含量较高,得到的只是 MnSO 4·H 2O含量 87% 左右,另含硫酸铵 11% 左右的粗品硫酸锰。目前国内外尚无分离纯化该粗品硫酸锰的有效方法。根据粗品中主要成分(硫酸锰和硫酸铵)性质的不同,采用了结晶法、沉淀法和直接加热法进行实验室条件下的分离纯化。重结晶不能达到分离目的,沉淀法分离效果良好但分离成本较高。直接加热法是将粗品在开放体系和半封闭体系中,直接加热至观察不到白烟, 然后放入马沸炉中再对未分解硫酸铵进一步恒温分解。研究表明,控制马沸炉温度为 520 ℃时不管是开放体系还是半封闭体系所得到的硫酸锰产品以锰(Mn 2+)计含量均在 35% 以上。对产品中主要杂质参考 HG/T 2962-1999 要求进行测定,铁含量≤% ,***含量≤% ,水不溶物含量 % ,均达到 HG/T 2962-1999 中对杂质的要求。通过直接加热法分离得到的硫酸锰产品以无水硫酸锰计,其含量能稳定在 97% 以上。该方法实验仪器、步骤均较为简单,且分离过程绿色环保,对进一步扩大试验具有较高参考价值。关键词: 硫酸锰,硫酸铵,分离提纯 I ABSTRACT A large amount of manganic wastewater is directly discharged, which will badly pollute the environment, when Chuanqing Chemical Plant produces hydroquinone. This paper is to research the producton of manganese sulfate based on the recycle of this kind of wastewater in order to make efficient use of resources, however, because of high content of ammonium root in the wastewater, the product obtained from the above process is only crude manganese sulfate with relatively high content of ammonium sulfate the content of MnSO 4·H 2O in the rude is about 87%, and that of ammonium sulfate is about 11%, unfortunately, there isno effective methods to isolate and purify this kind of crude manganese sulfate at home and abroad so far. According to the property of ponents in the crude (manganese sulfate and ammonium sulfate), isolation and purification are carried out under laboratory condition by using recrystallization, precipitation and direct heating method. Recrystallization method can not achieve the purpose of isolation, and precipitation method is able to get a good result of isolation but the cost is too high.
