多，拍摄产品图片、修详情图、建网站、运营推广……经常都是工作到凌晨三四点才倒在床上，第二天睁开眼睛就是起床开电脑。经过半个月的奋斗，基础工作顺利完成，于是开始了铺天盖地的广告推广，活动促销。
惨痛教训
八月份，所有的工作虽显得有些缓慢，但一切都还算顺利。我们开始迎来了小额的订单，一连着下去几天，订单的数量也在慢慢增加。刚开始的偶尔有单，到能保持每天都有单，再后来一天两单、一天三单、一天四五单……眼看着这一切的好景，我们不得不为自己欢呼。虽然接的都是小额的，但是也证明了我们的努力正在得到回报。我们预计和更加努力做好进一步的打算。可惜，没有预料到的事情发生了。我们之前发出去的基本都是一款手表，然而客户收到货后一个星期左右，进水的、不准时的、手表停了不走的不断的有客户找上门来。刚开始觉得有点不对劲，也只能安慰自己说也许是巧合。

之后，每天也还在接新单，同时也每天有出问题的表退回来。一个月下来，统计了数据，虽然卖出去的数量不少，但是返修率高得离谱，已经接近了50%。退回来返修的表产生的邮费都是由我们承担，实际上我们卖出去的扣除了返修的损失基本上没有钱赚。这样子下去对整个店铺的声誉都带来了很大的不良影响。考虑了许久，我不得不做出决定停止售卖这款表。
由于之前店铺的所有业绩基本都是靠一款手表，现在停止售卖后订单就没有了。考虑重新推一款上去，但是对产品研究后发现，其实手表出的问题都是机芯质量不好。而目前有的款式都是使用了这个机芯。这种国产机芯成本低，质量差，适合中国传统的线下渠道市场。对于线下的批发商来说，花多五毛或一块钱的成本都会给他后续的竞争带来威胁，因此生产的厂家也只能迎合经销商们的需求去生产。然而这种模式的产品不再适合新的互联网销售渠道。在互联网渠道上，我们的产品有哪里不完美，消费者随时都可以找到卖家，并将差评公布于网络以
