处理：、肌肉损伤、韧带损伤的患者，根据受伤的部位和程度，采取适当的搬运方法，并协助医生进行医疗处置。、有意识障碍等有生命危险的患者，应立即保护颈椎，将患者安置在病房，遵医嘱采取相应的急救措施，并严密观察生命体征的变化。
5、科主任、护士长报告，必要时报告院总值班。
6、助医生通知患者家属。
7、记录患者坠床/跌倒的经过及抢救过程。填写不良事件报告单并上报。
四、预防跌倒措施
1、病人及家属病人有跌倒的危险。
2、知家属24小时陪伴，尤其在患者活动锻炼时，应有人陪伴，假设离开请与值班护士联系。
3、病人及家属关于药物作用的本卷须知。
4、适宜的裤子，以免绊倒；穿防滑鞋.
5、患者改变体位欲活动时应遵守“三步曲〞，即平卧30秒→双腿下垂30秒→行走，防止突然改变体位，引起体位性低血压，特别是夜间。
6、现双眼发黑、下肢无力、行走不稳和不能移动时，立即原地坐/蹲下或靠墙，呼叫他人帮助。
