公务员个人工作总结
二〇一一年十月十二日
转眼我加入公务员队伍已经四年了。这四年是我人生旅途中的重要一程，期间在领导的培养帮忙、同志们的关心支持下我逐步完成着从象牙塔到政府机关、从大学生到国家公务员这种环境和角色的双重改变和适应。岁首年终，我静心回想这四年的工作生活，收获颇丰。现将我这四年来的学****工作情况总结如下：
一、自觉增强理论学****提升个人素质
首先，自觉增强政治理论学****提升党性修养。站稳政治立场、严守政治纪律、牢记“全心全意为人民服务”的宗旨，做到思想上始终和党中央保持高度一致。进一步提升了自己的理论水平与政治素质，保证了自己在思想上和党保持一致性，加强了清廉自律的自觉性。
其次，在业务学****方面，我虚心向身边的同事请教，通过多看多听多想多问多做，努力使自己在尽短的时间内熟悉工作环境和内容。同时，我还自觉学****市企业投资项目备案、核准暂行管理方法、行政许可法等与工作相关的政策、法律常识，积聚自己的业务知识。
