七、考核结果的应用
1、绩效考核办公室对部室考核结束后,由主管领导审核签字后交与人力资源部进行工资结算。
2、与部室工资挂钩的方法:考核得分/100=绩效工资系数,
将该系数用于部室工资,作为绩效浮动取酬的依据。
八、有关考核的几点要求
1、考核要持实事求是、公平、公开、公正。
2、考核标准和细则由企划部牵头、各部室参与制定,考核标准要求详细明了,量化准确、可操作性强。
九、投诉和仲裁
1、每月4日为部室考核时间,每月6-7日为查询考核结果和投诉时间,任何人或单位都有权对考核结果提出投诉。
2、投诉应到内部市场化仲裁委员会投诉,投诉人应准备相应的材料和证据。
