有关结构建筑检测及加固施工技术的几点思考
摘要:各种结构的建筑物在安全性、适用性和耐久性上都需要达到一定的规范和要求,为了使结构建筑在这些方面符合相应的标准规范,需要对各种结构建筑进行相应的检测,并对不符合标准规范的建筑物结构或构件采用加固施工技术、修复技术等处理手段,以使结构建筑达到质量规范。本文针对结构建筑在设计和施工过程中所需要做的检测,以及对于检测结果不合格的结构建筑应采取的加固施工技术方式展开论述,以供相关工作人员借鉴参考。

Abstract: all kinds of structures in safety, applicability and durability that need to achieve a certain standard and requirement, in order to make the structure building in these respects conform to the corresponding standards, need to all sorts of structure building for the corresponding detection, and to standards or the building ponent strengthening construction technology, repair technology processing method, in order to make structure to achieve quality specifications. This paper according to the structure building in the design and construction process of the need to do the test, and the test results not qualified structure construction should take the reinforcement of the construction techniques discussed ways, for relevant reference work personnel.

随着我国城市建设步伐的不断加快,楼房建筑工程的不断增多,在整体的设计和施工过程中,建筑的安全性、可靠性是设计人员构思设计方案的根本出发点。在整体的施工建设中,建筑物应该满足在其工作年限内的各项规范要求。为了科学、可靠的确保建筑物的各项指标是满足相关标准的,相关人员需要对建筑物进行必要的检测,并对检测结果进行精确、可靠的评价。另外,对于一些年久失修的高危建筑物、旧建筑物或古建筑物,如果其在安全性、适用性和可靠性方面受到怀疑,也应该对其结构或某一构件进行相关检测。对于检测不合格的建筑物,根据其被检结构所存在安全隐患
