摘要
家用垃圾处理器的设计旨在解决目前社会存在的垃圾包围城市,土地资源被大量占用和环境污染的现状。本人借助CAD完成了对整体结构图的设计,通过询问工厂有经验的师傅并在他的帮助下使设计的产品得以成型。该毕业设计首先对垃圾处理器的紧迫性和必要性做出阐述,其次对该垃圾处理器的可行性进行了分析,然后通过CAD着手准备垃圾处理器的设计图纸最后就是装配该产品。通过询问当地环保部门得知垃圾颗粒的密度只要不大于水,就不会阻塞管道,,垃圾颗粒可以被污水厂回收处理,最后通过网上得知国外也是如此。

Abstract
The design of the domestic garbage processor is designed to solve the current social existence of garbage surrounded city, land resources are heavily occupied and the status quo of environmental pollution. pleted the CAD on the overall structure of the design, by asking the factory experienced master and in his help to make the design of the product can be formed. The paper first garbage processor of the urgency and necessity to make elaborate. Secondly, the feasibility of the garbage processor are analyzed, and then through the CAD preparing garbage processor design drawings finally is the assembly of the product. By asking the local environmental protection department learned that the density of the particles as long as is not greater than the water, not blocking the pipes and sewage flow rate of the minimum value is 0,60 meter per second, the waste particles can be processed sewage recycling. Finally, through online that abroad is also true.
