⑷ 考试、考评(包括各种记载成绩的测验)违纪、作弊受记过处分者原那么上不授予学士学位，、省级奖，同时在校表现突出的学生，毕业前经个人申请，院(部)推荐，分学位委员会讨论通过后，报请校学士学位评定工作办公室审核，最后经校学位评定委员会应到会成员表决，三分之二以上通过，方可授予学士学位；
⑸学习期满学位课程〔专升本为应修全部课程〕；
⑹毕业时没有获得毕业资格而按结〔肄〕业处理者；
⑺其它经校学位评定委员会讨论，认为不能授予学士学位者。
三、评定程序
1、各院(部)负责审查本单位每个毕业生的政治思想情况和学习成绩，依据本细那么提出是否授予学位的意见并向分学位委员会汇报。
2、分学位委员会在听取院(部)审查意见的根底上进行审议，提出初审意见，各院(部)教务办将初审结
果公示一天。
