【摘要】随着环境污染的日益严重,人们的环保意识逐渐增强,新能源汽车顺应时代的潮流应运而生,那么如何在众多的汽车品牌中脱颖而出,就成为新一轮汽车厂商之间的大战。就精益的思想出发,精益归根结底的目标就是消除各个环节的浪费。根据精益思想,在已知的浪费清单的最顶端是过量库存。更简单地说,就是要消除支撑业务运作不必要的任何库存,消除为满足客户即时需要而产生的不必要的库存。

【Abstract】With the increasingly serious environmental pollution, people's

According to lean thinking, at the top of the list is known to waste excess inventory. More simply put, it is to support business operations to eliminate any unnecessary inventory, to eliminate to meet customer needs and generate immediate unnecessary inventory.
Therefore, this article mainly through induction and deduction, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method, interview and literature review and other methods. BYD new energy vehicles lean logistics management application to explore the theme through BYD new energy automotive supply chain was analyzed to find supply chain BYD new energy vehicles in the problems and the lean supply, lean production, lean sales and Lean recovered propose appropriate solutions in four areas, so as to reduce volatility, eliminate waste and increase supply chain velocity and liquidity purposes. We hope this study has practical significance in the development of lean logistics management.
