培养一批具有较高素质的全科医生业务骨干，为全面开展全科方向住院医生标准化培训工作培育师资队伍，促进我县全科医生培训工作。
全科医生骨干师资培训时间为全脱产10个月，选送县级医院及乡镇卫生院全科业务骨干参加培训，2022年、2022年全县每年选送3人参加培训，2022年后每年选送4人参加培训。

培训对象为古市医院、全县乡镇卫生院、社会办医疗机构的执业医师、执业助理医师，以及县级医疗单位中从事全科医疗的执业医师和执业助理医师。
全科医生岗位培训继续采用面授、自学、参加省统考相结合的方式进行，2022年和2022年继续抓好招生环节，争取我县符合条件的人员全部参加培训。

在全县医疗机构〔除县人民医院、县中医院〕开展全科医生标准化培训工作，为基层医疗机构培养全科骨干人才。按照省培训方案，培训周期为4—5年，分三阶段二种教育形式，理论课教育以自学、短期辅导及参加省统考的方式进行，临床实践由县培训基地组织进行。2022年至2022年间，方案每年选择3名全科业务骨干参加培训。
按照省卫生厅科教工作安排，全科医生标准化培训将向住院医师标准化培训全科方向过渡，在2022年过渡期要做好衔接工作。
