道路施工产生永久性环境影响的因子有生物量的减少地形地貌的改变，产生暂时性环境影响的主要因子有水土流失景观影响施工扬尘、沥青烟施工噪声污废水固体废物大气污染。运营期的主要影响因子主要有大气污染、噪声污染、地表水污染等。各类污染物的污染负荷见表2-1所示。
