陕西省必须就农业技术推广中存在的问题，积极采取相应对策性措施，构建适应现代需要的农业技术推广体系，从而推动陕西省农业生产快速发展。

Abstract
"Science and technology is the first productivity". China's development cannot do without science and technology. China is a large agricultural country, agricultural development is the priority among priorities, to realize agricultural modernization, need science and technology driven, leaving no development of agricultural science and technology. In 2012 the "Central Document " emphasizing the innovation of agricultural science and technology, to promote agricultural sc
