中间业务作为与传统的资产、负债业务并行的现代商业银行三大支柱业务
之一,是商业银行扩大盈利和提高竞争力的重要途径,也是商业银行现代化和
金融现代化的重要标志。大力发展中间业务是商业银行发展的理性和必然选择。
在我国,商业银行中间业务发展尚处于起步阶段。经过 20 多年的发展,我
国商业银行中间业务虽然在业务规模、业务收入、业务品种等方面都有了一定
扩大和增长,但总体水平仍比较落后。由于政策、法律法规、市场环境、观念
意识、管理、人才技术、产品开发与营销等多方面因素的制约,现阶段我国商
业银行中间业务发展尚存在诸多问题,主要表现为业务效益差、收入占比低、
品种结构不合理、收费不合理、市场竞争秩序混乱、发展不平衡等。
而在西方发达国家,由于混业经营的盛行、金融监管的放松、金融业竞争
的加剧、市场需求的增长以及信息技术的发展等诸多因素的综合影响,商业银
行中间业务迅猛发展,并显示出强大的生命力,其业务收入一般占到银行总收
入的 40%-50%,有的甚至高达 70%-80%。西方商业银行中间业务发展过程中的一
些成功经验,可供我国参考和借鉴。
目前,随着我国资本市场的迅速发展,以及国际金融市场发展带来的利率
市场化趋势,利差不断缩小,国内商业银行从事传统存贷款业务的盈利下降,
中间业务必将成为银行新的效益增长点;同时,随着我国加入 WTO 后的五年过
渡期正式结束,2006 年底,我国银行业对外资银行全面开放,中资银行与外资
银行将展开全方位的、更加激烈的竞争,而中间业务必将成为其竞争的焦点。
面对内忧外患,我国商业银行应充分认识发展中间业务的重要性,学习和
借鉴西方商业银行发展中间业务的成功经验,结合所处的环境和自身情况,在
业务创新、产品拓展、市场开发、产品营销、人才技术、管理和服务等方面采
取积极有效的策略,从而推动我国商业银行中间业务的快速、健康、持续发展。

Abstract
The intermediary business is one of the three mainly businesses of
mercial banks besides the traditional business which
including the savings and loans. The intermediary business is an
important path of mercial bank to adding profits and improving
competitive ability. It is also an important sign which shows the
modernization
of
commercial
banks
and
finances.
Intermediary
businesses are the reasonable and inevitable choice mercial banks’
development.
In our country, the development of intermediary businesses of
commercial banks is still in a beginning stage. With the development of
more than 20 years, the general level of intermediary businesses of our
country is still relatively underdeveloped although it has certain extension
and growth in some aspects, such as the size, e and kind of
businesses, etc. But because of restrictions of many factors, such
