有关水泥混凝土路面养护的浅析
摘要: 水泥混凝土路面具有刚度大、整体性强、较高的抗折强度、弹性模量和较低的变形能力及水稳定性和温度稳定性均优于沥青混凝土路面,不易出现沥青路面的某些稳定性不足的损坏(如车辙等)等特点。路面早期损坏引起的病害,使水泥混凝土道路功能得不到充分发挥,很大程度上影响了路面的使用寿命和行车安全。本文主要对水泥混凝土路面常见的病害及处理的方法提出了几点看法,可供大家交流。

Abstract: The cement concrete road surface with large stiffness, high integrity, high flexural strength, elastic modulus and lower deformation and stability are better than that of water and temperature stability of asphalt concrete pavement, not easy to appear insufficient stability of asphalt pavement and some damage ( such as rutting ) etc.. Pavement early damage caused by diseases, so that the cement concrete road function cannot get sufficient play, has great influence on the service life of the road and traffic safety. This paper puts forward some views focuses on the cement concrete mon diseases and treatment methods, but for the exchange of everyone.

引言: 水泥混凝土路面不仅直接承受交通荷载的作用,而且还受气候、水文等自然因素影响。因此,在日常道路养护生产中,必须采取预防和维修处治措施,确保路面平整完好、排水畅通,并应使其具有足够的强度和抗滑性能,以及良好的技术状况,保障行车安全、畅通。
一、水泥混凝土路面养护
,应经常予以清扫｡
,应及时填补或清除,并应防止泥土､砂石及其他杂物挤压进入接缝内,影响混凝土面板的正常伸缩｡
(包括路肩､中央分隔带)排水设施,应经常检查和疏通｡
､导向箭头及文字标记,应及时清洗和恢复,经常保持各种标线､标记完整无缺,清晰醒目｡
