先做好自己
机关里有一句俗话：“跟着组织部，年年有进步。〞可见组织部门对于人力资源管理的积极意义。然而如何提升组织部门的运作效率是值得每一个组工干部深思的核心课题。我以为“做事先做人〞，而要求别人之前首先要严格要求自己。所以“先做好自己〞是针对每一个组工干部的起码要求。
区委组织部在全区组织部门中开展的“进组织部门为什么，到组织部门干什么，在组织部门和人家比什么〞大讨论是一项很有意义的活动。这为我们探索“如何先做好自己〞提供了一个集思广益的有效平台。因此，我首先对区委组织部为我们提供这个讨论式的学****平台表示由衷地感谢。
下面就区委组织部提出的三个问题，我本人谈一些自己浅薄的见解，敬请斧正：
一、进组织部门是为了学****党中央将建设学****型党组织作为全国性的党建方略，可见它对于在新时期加强我党执政能力建设的重要性。如何在新时期形成新突破，不但是全党上下思考的核心要提，也是我本人锲而不舍的奋斗方向。学****型的党组织需要学****型的党员。作为一名党培养出来的组工干部，我认为学****的意义应该包含以下三个方面：〔一〕没有学****就没有积极进步，这是“与时俱进〞要求的具体表达〔二〕没有学****就错失组工初衷，只有“学而不厌〞才能实现组织部门
