[摘要] 目的:探讨乳腺肿瘤CT灌注的诊断价值。方法:对17例钼靶检查发现乳腺肿块性病变(21个病灶)行CT灌注扫描,使用电影模式, s/圈,5 mm层厚×4,120 kV,60 mA延迟时间10 s,总扫描时间50 s,使用GE ATT):(±)s;血管表面通透性(PS):(±)ml/(min・100 g),良性肿块组BF:(±)ml/(min・100 g);BV:(±)ml/100 g;MTT:(±)s;PS:(±)ml/(min・100 g),两组BF、BV、PS之间的差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论:CT灌注成像提供了乳腺肿块的血流动力学信息,在显示形态学变化的同时反映生理功能的改变,在乳腺肿块性病变的良恶性鉴别诊断中有较高的参考价值。
