2013年 5月 27日，上述事项在菏泽市工商行政管理局完成工商变更登记。上述股权转让后，菏泽三越仍为一人有限公司，股东石春芳持股 100%。 
鉴于菏泽三越当时的实际控制人对公司经营战略的调整，将菏泽三越未来定位于一家大卖场（中型超市）进行经营和发展，自身进行采购及独立品牌的创立，因此邓小华将股权转让给石春芳，由石春芳代持。 
3、2013年 12月，菏泽三越股权转让及增资 
2013年 12月 6日，菏泽三越股东石春芳作出以下决定：同意三信实业、石春山东三信商贸股份有限公司 公开转让说明书

玉、邓小华入股菏泽三越，成为该公司股东；同意石春芳将持有的菏泽三越 500万元股权，其中400万元股权转让给石春玉、100万元股权转让给邓小华，本次股权转让完成后，石春芳退出菏泽三越。同日，石春芳与石春玉、邓小华签订了股权转让协议书。 
2013年 12月 6日，菏泽三越召开股东会，会议决议：同意公司注册资本与实收资本由 500万元变更为 3，000万元，由三信实业以货币增资 2，500万元。 
2013年 12月 7日，菏泽江天联合会计师事务所出具江天验字[2013]196号《验资报告》，截止 2013 年 12 月 6 日，菏泽三越已收到三信实业缴纳的新增注册资本（实收资本）合计人民币 2，500万元，出资方式为货币。 
2013年 12月 9日，菏泽三越完成了此次工商变更登记，取得了变更后的《企业法人营业执照》。
