同时，要突出美术学科的特点，学生运用多种形式，设计出精美、主题丰富的作品。
 在美术教学中，注重面向全体学生，以学生发展为本，培养他们的人文精神和审美能力，为促进学生健全人格的形成，促进他们全面发展奠定良好的基础。在美术课上，要有美术元素在里面，情感态度价值观也要自然体现。不光要教学生技巧，还要教他们思维。在上欣赏课时，不仅要学会欣赏，还要学会评述。要让学生多使用美术语言，尤其是欣赏评述课中，让他们把自己的感觉说出来。总之，合作的精神，解决问题的能力，搜集素材的能力，创造力的培养在美术课中很重要。教学中强调综合性评价的激励功能，在评价方式上以自评、互评为主，结合老师的评价，是评价进一步**化、多样化，充分体现了评价的多元功能，让学生体验到成功的乐趣。在教学之余，还要注重教师自身发展进步，积极参加课内外听评课、教研活动及专业培训。多向老教师学****教学经验，努力提高自身素养。 
下面我谈谈参加这次培训的一些感受。
 一：加强美术教师专业水平，更新专业知识。
