统计报表的管理与规定
第五条、各系部报送的统计报表要求书面与电子版各一份，书面报表必须经系主任审核签字并留一份备查。

各系部要建立健全各种原始记录，要求做到标准化、规范化、程序化、档案化，各类原始资料保存期一年，各类统计报表保存期五年。
第七条、如果审阅人员发现统计数字有误，要通知责任者本人及时更正。
第八条、统计人员应在月初5号前将上月设备管理统计资料统计完毕
第九条、每季度教务处负责组织对各系部的设备统计工作进行一次全面的检查评定。
