gouty nephropathy of spleen kidney Qi deficiency type were
randomly divided into control group (n = 33) and observation group (n = 33). The control group was treated with febuxostat, and the
observation group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Decoction combined with febuxostat. The TCM syndrome scores and renal function
indicators [serum creatinine (Scr), uric acid (UA)] before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment were compared between the two groups.
Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the scores of fatigue, and waist soreness and knee weakness in both groups were lower than those
before treatment, and the scores of fatigue, and waist soreness and knee weakness in the observation group were lower than those in the
control group (P <). After 12 weeks of treatment, the Scr and UA levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the
Scr and UA levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <). Conclusions Jianpi Yishen Decoction
combined with febuxostat in the treatment of gouty nephropathy of spleen kidney Qi deficiency type has significant effect, which can
significantly reduce the related clinical symptoms, and improve the renal function of patients.
