②试管法：取洁净小试管(内径10mm×60mm)2支，分别标上抗A、B字样，分别加入抗A、抗B标准血清各1滴，于相应标记的试管；然后分别加入被检者5％红细胞生理盐水悬液l滴于各试管充分混匀；以1000转／分的速度离心1分钟判定结果。将试管轻轻摇动，使沉于管底的红细胞浮起，先以肉眼观察有无凝集(或溶血)现象。如肉眼不见凝集，应将反应物倒于玻片上，再以低倍镜检查。③反定型法：首先将待检血离心(2500r／mm，3min)分离血清；取小试管3支，分别标记A、B、O，各管加被检者血清1滴，然后按标记分别加入5％ 的A、B、O型标准红细胞生理盐水1滴，混匀；以1000r／m比离 l~,lmin后取出试管，轻摇管底，观察凝集。
结果判断：凝集判断标准红细胞均匀分布，无凝集颗粒，显微镜下红细胞分散存在，无凝集靠拢现象为阴性，红细胞出现凝集为阳性。
血型试剂：人ABO血型反定型用红细胞试剂盒，上海血液生物医药有限责任公司；抗A、抗B血型鉴定单克隆抗体；长春博德生物技术有限公司提供。
统计学方法：全部数据采用SPSS1 1．5统计软件包处理，计量资料以 ±s表示。计数资料用频数和率表示，计数资料比较用 检验。P<9．05有差异，有统计学意义。
