品牌技术效劳费
品牌技术效劳费的使用范围
甲方拥有的本协议指定工程的品牌技术使用费、培训费。
甲方系统的经营管理制度、标准的使用费；
甲方提供的营运指导和其它效劳费。
3．2 品牌技术效劳费的金额和支付方式
乙方签约时支付甲方品牌技术效劳费共人民币 元整，获得甲方的正式提供的效劳，签约后乙方所付费用不予退还。甲方不向乙方另行收取加盟费、加盟押金、加盟管理费等本协议之外的其他费用。
乙方获得甲方授权之日起，每个月须向甲方支付后续效劳费150元，后续效劳费在第二个季度的第一个星期按季度支付前一个季度。
第四条 双方的权利与义务
甲方的权利
甲方的品牌及其它一切经营管理制度、标准，专利及专有技术、商业机密，甲方拥有专有权。未经甲方同意，乙方不得向其他第三方经营者泄露。
当甲方的品牌及经营管理制度、标准，专利及专有技术、商业机密等专有权受到侵害时，有要求乙方协助解决的权利。
甲方对乙方在经营场所的装饰、陈列和品牌形象识别系统〔CIS〕应用的规划等有建议权。
对乙方的经营管理、效劳质量有监督、检查和考核的权利。
