二、创新活动形式，积极开展“345关爱农民工志愿效劳活动〞。
早在2022年3月，东方控股集团积极响应中央文明办号召，率先成立了鄂尔多斯市第一个“关爱农民工志愿效劳站〞，并持续开展了“345关爱农民工志愿效劳活动〞。

关爱农民工志愿者效劳队通过帮助建立民工联队党工团组织、关爱农民工志愿者效劳站和民工联队标准化驻地等“三建活动〞，推动民工在政治上进步，生活上改善，技能上提高，收入上增加，构建了和谐劳动关系。
〔二〕组织实施 “四送〞活动，提升志愿者效劳质量。一是春送岗位。每年通过志愿者深入乡村和偏远山区送达宣传材料、摸底调查等形式帮助农民工就业，累计为8万多农民工提供就业岗位；二是夏送清凉，每年夏季为一线农民工送防暑降温慰问品，组织东方民族艺术团文艺志愿者深入施工一线开展慰问演出90多场次，30000多名农民工享受到了志愿者们带来的欢乐；三是借助秋送助学活动，实施关爱农民工子女专项行动，帮助农民工子女入学，为农民工子女免费捐赠衣物
