三、安监站的管理
1、安监站的平安监督检查业务工作受公司安监处直接管理，行使平安监督检查权力。
2、安监站的日常行政管理工作受工程部领导，效劳于工程部。
3、安监站长对安监站工作全面管理、并对公司负责。
4、安监站长负责对专职安检员进行业务分工、日常考核及工资分配。
四、安监站长岗位职责制
1、贯彻执行平安生产和劳动保护方针政策、法规、条例与公司管理制度。
2、做好平安生产的各类培训及宣传教育和管理工作。负责组织新工人进入井区前的平安教育和考试；定期对工人进行平安生产宣传教育，做好考核、登记和上报工作。
3、经常深入各队掌握平安生产情况，调查研究生产中存在的平安隐患，提出改良意见和措施，并负责落实。
4、组织平安活动和平安检查，月底总结评定各队的平安情况，通报平安考核评比结果。
5、参与审查施工组织设计和平安技术措施，对平安技术措施的落实情况，进行监督检查。
6、进行工伤事故统计，分析和报告，参与工伤事故的调查处理。

7、制止“三违〞作业，遇有严重险情，有权暂停生产，报告并责成工程部领导处理。
8、对违反平安生产和劳动保护法规的行为，经说服劝阻无效时，及时向公司安监处报告。
9、对现场平安管理有漏洞，平安生产存在隐患，下达“三违〞表整改，按时复验闭合。对违反平安管理制度的事实经过确认，作出处分处理意见。
10、负责对施工队组平安技能账户的考核。
