摘要在解决汉语拼音方案遗留的一些问题的时候,必须要有信息化的眼光,要放在信息时代的环境中去考究问题。完善汉语拼音方案,首先应当使所用的字母全部采用拉丁字母,不能用其它别的字母和符号。使其与计算机键盘相适应。本文提出四点解决方法,供学术探讨。第一,采用拉丁字母进行标调,声调用拉丁字母y,y,s,q,b代替符号声调阴平(ˉ),阳平(ˊ),上声(ˇ),去声(ˋ),轻声;第二,拼音字母ɑ用拉丁字母a;第三,拼音字母ü用拉丁字母v;第四,拼音字母g用拉丁字母g。

Abstract: In solution scheme for the Chinese ic alphabet carry-over some question time, must have to have the informationization judgment, must place the information age in the environment to go to the elegant perfect scheme for the Chinese ic alphabet, first must cause the letter which uses to use the Latin pletely, cannot use other other letters and the it to adapt with puter article proposes four solutions, for academic , uses the Latin alphabet to carry on indicates tone, the sound transfers Latin alphabet y, y, s, q, b to replace the mark intonation first tone (ˉ), second tone (ˊ), rising tone (ˇ), falling tone (ˋ), neutral tone; Second, the pinyin alphabet ɑ uses Latin alphabet a; Third, the pinyin alphabet ü uses the Latin alphabet v; Fourth, pinyin alphabet g uses Latin alphabet g.
