Abstract : Taking the moulding of a monitoring device shell as an example, the methods to optimize the
injection mould structure and set the processing parameters of injection moulding by Moldflow
software were introduced, which provided theoretical basis for the design of injection moud
and setting of the processing parameters for mould testing, and shortened the cycle for mould
design and testing.
