【摘 要】目的：分析健康体检人群体质指数、血压、血脂及血糖的出现异常状况的原因。方法：抽样调查2018 年1月-2019年7月期间在我院进行过体检且结果为健康状态的500例体检者作为研究对象，对其体质指数、血压、血脂以及血糖的异常状况进行回顾性的总结分析。结果：在此次调查的500例体检者中，其中体重过重者有121例，患有高血压的体检者有114 例，患有糖尿病的体检者有11例，存在血脂异常的体检者有216例，患有心脑血管疾病的体检者有7例。

【Objective】 to analyze the causes of abnormal body mass index （BMI）， blood pressure （BP）， blood lipid and blood glucose in
healthy people. Methods： from January 2018 to July 2019， 500 patients who had been examined in our hospital and found to be healthy were selected as subjects. The abnormal conditions of body mass index （BMI）， blood pressure （BP）， blood lipid and blood glucose were summarized and analyzed retrospectively. the results showed that the abnormal status of body mass index （BMI）， blood pressure （BP）， blood lipid and blood glucose were analyzed retrospectively. Results： of the 500 physical examiners surveyed， 121 were overweight， 114 were hypertension， 11 were diabetes and 11 were dyslipidemia. There were 216 cases， 7 patients with cardiac and cerebrovascular disease.
