第三章 会员
第七条 本商会设单位会员和个人会员。
第八条 凡成认本商会章程，履行会员的权利与义务且年龄在21周岁以上，符合以下条件之一者均可填写入会申请表，经常务理事会批准后成为本商会会员。会员分为：

1、单位会员
镇籍和曾在镇工作、学****生活过的人士在镇投资兴办的各种经济实体经过申请批准后，均可为本会单位会员。
2、个人会员
镇籍和曾在镇工作、学****生活过的专家、学者、社会知名人士及个体工商业者经申请批准后，均可为本会个人会员。
第九条 入会申请人应按要求向理事会提供有关证明其符合会员入会资格的材料，理事会应在收到相关资料后7日内作出是否批准入会的决定。
第十条 会员享有的权利:
1、在本商会内享有选举权、被选举权和表决权；
2、对本商会的工作有批评权、建议权和监督权；
3、在会员大会上听取和审议本团体的工作报告;
4、获得本商会的信息资料,享受本商会提供的各项效劳;
5、当其合法权益受到侵害时，有权要求商会维护其合法权益：
6、入会自愿、退会自由。
第十一条 会员的义务：
1、遵守商会章程，执行商会的决议；
2、维护本商会的合法权益，关心、支持商会工作，积极参加商会组织的活动，完成受委托的工作和任务；

3、向商会反映情况，积极提供各种信息资料、研究成果、经营总结、调查报告等；
4、积极参与本商会为会员而设的一切活动；
5、维护本商会在社会上之良好声誉；
6、按规定交纳会费。
