（二）社会事务办公室
主要职责：承担民政优抚、救灾救济、民族宗教、殡葬改革、老龄、残联、科技教育、文化体育、广播电视、卫生防疫、地勘规划、地质灾害、劳动和社会保障等社会事务管理工作，指导、支持和帮助村（居）民委员会依法开展村（居）民自治活动。
（三）人口和计划生育办公室
贯彻执行有关人口和计划生育的法律、法规和政策,研究提出本区域人口和计划生育规划及年度计划，并组织实施和检查落实；负责本乡人口和计划生育的综合管理、监督检查、宣传教育

（四）经济发展办公室（挂村镇建设管理办公室、交通建设管理办公室牌子）
主要职责：承担农业、林业、水利、中小企业、第三产业、安全生产监督及公有资产管理的协调和服务；承担城镇规划的实施、村镇建设及管理、交通建设及管理、城镇环卫及绿化、整脏治乱、城镇社会秩序等协调和服务工作；支持和帮助村（居）民委员会依法发展各种形式的合作经济和其他经济。
（五）社会治安综合治理办公室
主要职责：负责社会治安综合治理、维护社会稳定，适时分析本辖区的社会治安情况，制定对策措施，并组织落实社会治安综合治理的各项工作措施，指导、支持和帮助村（居）民委员会依法开展村（居）民社会治安综合治理和人民调解工作。
乡人民代表大会、纪委、政法委、人民武装部和工、青、妇等机构和组织按有关规定和章程设置并挂牌子, 其具体事务由党政办公室承担（政法委具体事务由社会治安综合治理办公室承担）。
三、党政人员编制及领导职数
核定机关行政编制24名，工勤人员编制2名，核定乡领导职数9名, 原则上按如下配备：党委书记1名，乡人大主席1名，
