摘要
电动剃须刀使我们日常生活中常见的重要的生活工具之一。电动剃须刀主要由外壳(包括电池盒)、电机、上盖、下盖和剃须头等等组成。外壳多用塑料,网罩采用不锈钢,内刀片多用碳素钢制成。电动剃须刀的工作原理实质上是剪切原理。内刀片和网罩内表面密切配合,胡须和毛发从网罩外面伸入其孔槽内,内刀片高速旋转或往复动作,与网罩形成相对运动,从而将伸入的胡须和毛发剪切掉。
本次毕业设计的题目是电动剃须刀机械结构的设计,该电动剃须刀机械结构的设计,在一定程度上面能够对后续的关于该设备的研发有一定的参考价值,后续也要不断地完善该电子产品的相关机械性能。

Abstract
This article is about the mechanical structure of electric razor design, first of all on the mechanical structure of electric razor made brief overview; followed by analysis of the electric shaver mechanical standard parts selection principles and calculation methods; then calculated based on these design criteria and selection method in accordance with the given parameters requires selection of design; then the choice of mechanical structure of electric razor, the ponents are checked. In the end, the installation and maintenance of the mechanical structure of the electric razor is simple. At present, the mechanical structure of the electric razor is moving in the direction of high quality, high speed and low friction. In the design, manufacture and application of mechanical structure of electric razor, at present our country and the overseas advanced pared to still have a large gap, the domestic in the design manufacturing mechanical structure of electric razor process there are a lot of problems.
The topic of this graduation design is the design of the mechanical structure of electric razor, the electric shaver mechanical structure design, in the certain degree above can has certain reference value to the follow-up of the equipment research and development, but also the follow-up to constantly improve the electronic products related to the mechanical properties.
