摘要:本课题来源于当今社会机械工业果蔬切割设备的创新和更新换代基础之上,通过设计出果蔬切割机,从而来满足当今社会果蔬切割设备不足的缺陷。
国内果蔬切割设备的研发及制造要与全球号召的高效经济、切割质量好,效率高等主题保持一致。近期对机械行业中果蔬切割的使用情况进行了调查,发现在日常生活中,果蔬作为绿色食品,是人们的生活的需要。自然而然在机械设备中它们的加工也有着严格的要求。传统的果蔬在没有自动切割设备而需要人工切割的情况下,切割效率低下,劳动强度大,所以设计一个专用的果蔬切割势在必行。
本文运用大学所学的知识,提出了果蔬切割机的结构组成、工作原理以及主要零部件的设计中所必须的理论计算和相关强度校验,构建了果蔬切割机总的指导思想,从而得出了该果蔬切割机的优点是高效,经济,并且质量高,运行平稳的结论。

This design is begins with the argument, introduces in detail the scheme analysis, design process and calculating process, and has carried on the essential power of the overall structure of the system design. Mainly used for the realization of convenient for baby to eat, play, to further reflect the humane care.
