摘要
没有一种信息传播体系像今天的网络一样,对我们的获取信息的方式施加
如此广泛的影响。然而,却很少有人思考这种信息方式在心理层面是如何发生,
以及怎样改变我们。通过考察人利用搜索引擎进行网络信息检索,本文主要讨
论了以下主要问题:
网络检索的心理过程可以进一步细化为“需求心理→实现心理→选择心理
→反馈心理”这样一个链式的模式。网络检索行为两个显著的特征——主动性
的充分实现与反馈机制的充分表达,也正是寓于这个链式心理模式之中。
作为一种认知活动的网络检索,包含三个基本属性,即信息加工、学****br/>问题解决。在具体的信息加工层面,网络检索行为对“信息流”进行了注意、
信息加工与贮存、信息输出与反馈等加工处理过程。人在这一过程中则通过执
行控制及期望,来发挥主体性作用,实现对整个过程的控制。
在此基础上,本文总结梳理了影响网络检索行为的心理因素:个性特征因
素、人格心理因素以及认知心理因素等。这些因素导致了作为受众的网民在网
络检索行为中特殊的心理倾向:倾向质疑、倾向“省力原则”、倾向思维定势、
倾向新快奇。这些倾向反过来又成为影响网络检索行为的心理因素。与此同时,
网络检索行为的这种信息方式对人的认知系统的影响则主要体现在对知识系
统、认知策略系统及元认知系统三个方面。
网络检索作为一种信息方式,也对人认知系统带来的挑战。因为人越来越<br****惯于类似网络检索这样的技术便利的同时,“工具和技术本身也参与了思考”
并内化在我们的认知的深层结构里。本文主张一种基于人本主义反思态度,避
免过度依赖信息技术获取知识的局限性。

Abstract
Because our cognitive structure is seriously affected work information
retrieval, it’s necessary to think about how it happens and changes ourselves in the
mental on the investigation of narrowly-work information
retrieval, this thesis makes the following conclusions:
Network information retrieval can be posed into “requirement
psychological mechanism; achievement psychological mechanism; picking
psychological mechanism; feedback psychological mechanism”. The main features
work information retrieval can also be found in these psychological models.
The essential attributes work information retrieval consist of “information
processing”,“Learing” and “Problem Solving”. The information processing contains
notice, information process and store, information output and backfeed. During this
processing, man exerts subjectivity to control the whole processing, by using
executive control and expectation.
