县城市管理部门要加强对城市靓化工程设施的管理和维修，产权属单位或个人的，由单位或个人负责管理维修，属公共部分的，由县城市管理部门负责管理维修。
第十条 禁止任何单位和个人乱搭乱建。
任何单位和个人的建（构）筑物和设施的装饰，应符合城区规划总体要求，并与周围环境相协调。
任何单位和个人的建（构）筑物，不得破墙开店、搭设棚房、改建阳台、楼顶升建。
任何单位和个人的建（构）筑物的阳台、窗外，不得堆放、吊挂有碍市容的物品。
街道两旁禁止安装空调机附机，确需安装的，需对其外观进行美容装饰后方可安装；在街道背面安装空调机附机的，离地面不得低于2米。
第十一条 严禁占用城市道路及广场、绿化带、公共场所摆摊设点、种植农作物、堆放物料、搭建建筑物、构筑物,严禁沿街喇叭叫卖行为。违反规定的，由县城市管理办公室责令限期改正，逾期不改正的，依法强制拆除或者清除，并根据《贵州省城市市容和环境卫生管理条例》规定处以50元以上500元以下罚款。
第十二条 临街门店应当保持整洁，物品摆放整齐；单位及商店门前摆放的花草，出现枯萎的，应立即清除。店堂标牌用字规范、无缺字漏字。
