这篇文章首先对核桃剥壳机的重要性进行了具体的分析。经过分析和之前的研究成果进行比较,研究出了挤压式的核桃剥壳机。此机器主要用于对成批量的核桃进行剥壳处理,以满足人们日益增长的需求这篇文章研究主要是提出了双齿盘一齿板式的核桃剥壳原理,即当核桃被放入剥壳装置中时,由齿盘旋转来带动核桃边缘旋转向里挤入,齿尖(一定间距)连续的沿着壳的表面挤压,从而使得裂纹不断均匀的扩展,部分壳、仁脱离出来,就实现了壳的完全破碎,最后再利用仁与核压碎的碎壳重力不同而进行分离,小的壳、仁就从中掉了下来。
这篇文章主要包括总体方案的确定,各部件的设计与计算,总装与零部件装图纸;完成设计后,分析了它的特点、优点和问题,需要加以改进,提出了一些改进措施。

The Design Of Walnut Sheller
ABSTRACT
