第八条 流动人口服务管理实行居住登记和居住证制度。
居住证是流动人口在本市行政区域内的居住证明及享受有关待遇和服务的凭证。
第九条 流动人口拟在居住地居住10日以上30日以下的，应当自到达之日起10日内持本人居民身份证或者户口簿等有效身份证件向居住地公安派出所申报居住登记。
第十条 流动人口登记信息包括：姓名、性别、民族、出生日期、公民身份号码、近期照片、常住户籍所在地住址、居住地住址、服务处所、受教育状况、劳动就业、社会保障、计划生育、未满16周岁的随行人员、签发机关和签发日期等内容。
第十一条 流动人口在申报居住登记时，应当提供真实、准确、完整的信息。
第十二条 流动人口登记信息错误或发生变动的，居住登记申报人应当自变动之日起10日内持本人有效身份证件向居住地公安派出所办理更正或变更登记。
第十三条 在宾馆、酒店、旅店、招待所以及可供住宿的其他经营性服务场所住宿的人员，由经营单位按照有关规定进行登记。
在医院住院就医的人员，由医院按照患者住院管理相关规定进行登记。
在各类教育、培训机构寄宿就学或者培训的人员，由其寄宿的单位在入学时进行登记。
流浪乞讨人员救助管理机构负责对求助的流浪乞讨人员进行登记。
以上负责办理流动人口居住登记的单位，应当将流动人口住处及时上传至公安机关流动人口信息管理平台，或者自办理居住登记之日起10个工作日内，将登记情况书面报告居住地公安派出所。
第十四条 房屋出租人或者其委托代理人、中介服务机构应当在流动人口入住后24小时内登记，并在10日内向居住地公安派出所报告
