3. 问卷和方案的审核定稿
在完成调查方案和调查问卷后，所有组员认真审核调研的每项内容和各个具体的步骤，并经过全组人员共同谈论，认真考虑各程序的可行性，若可行则取之，若不具可行性则进行重新修改或者取消。经过仔细的审核完毕后，完成定稿。
4．收集资料
（1）对问卷进行编号，共150份
（2）发放问卷
调查人员按照预先已经确定的具体时间，具体地点来进行问卷的发放。

B. 问卷调查的地点：经过小组成员的认真讨论，决定在宿舍分工进行问卷调查工作。
（3）收回问卷。
对易斯戴学院的全部学生进行分层，分成大一、大二、大三三层，分别统计各层人数。

以易斯戴学院全体学生为总体，根据每层人数占总体人数的比重，在收回的全部问卷中进行分层随机抽样，抽取容量为150的样本。
抽样情况如下：
大一：50份
大二：50份
大三：50份
总计：150份
（4）对抽出的样本进行数据统计和分析
负责各调研目标的小组成员对分层抽样出的150份调查问卷，进行整理，对问卷的各个小问题和各类型问题进行分析，统计出直观数据，并对数据作详尽分析，总结出各数据所放映的与本调查主题有关联的现象。
