[摘要] 在解析2013年第五次公共图书馆评估中“县级图书馆评估标准”新增指标的基础上,通过对甘肃省庆阳市县级图书馆2009年第四次和2013年第五次评估结果进行对比后发现,西北地区县级图书馆发展存在基础设施落后、人员较少且专业人员匮乏、经费投入不足、数字图书馆发展缓慢且区域资源共享能力薄弱等问题,最后指出西北地区县级图书馆的发展方向。

Study on Development Situation of Country-level Libraries In Northwest China: Taking the Fifth Library Assessment of Qingyang City as an Example

Abstract: The paper analyzed the new indictors about “Assessment and rating standard of County-level libraries” in 2013 the fifth public libraries assessment and rating standard firstly. Secondly, the pared the county-level assessment results of the fourth in 2009 and the fifth in 2013 by Qingyang City Gansu Province, and found some problems on the development of county-level libraries in Northwest China, such as poor infrastructure, fewer people and professionals, lack the funding, slowly development of digital libraries and weakly capabilities of regional resource sharing. Finally, the paper concluded the development direction of county-level libraries in Northwest China.
