摘要
本文讲述了国内外聚氯乙烯工业生产技术的发展进程和目前状况,包括工艺流程、聚合方法等。,主要对乙炔发生工艺、氯乙烯合成工艺、聚合生产工艺、汽提工艺、离心干燥工艺五大工艺过程进行了物料衡算、热量衡算和设备计算和选型三个方面的准确工艺计算。得出本次设计需采用九个70m3(Ⅱ型)不锈钢聚合釜并联操作,七台70m3出料槽,十三台WL-630型离心机。同时绘制了整工艺流程图、PVC聚合工段工艺流程图、聚合工段主要设备平面、立面布置图、PVC汽提工艺流程图、厂区平面布置图、以及聚合釜和汽提塔装配图等。

Abstract
This article describes the development process of domestic PVC industrial production technology and the current situation, including the process, polymerization methods. This design uses calcium carbide, suspension polymerization produce PVC. An annual output of 201,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) whole section process design, the main process of acetylene, vinyl chloride synthesis, polymerization production processes, stripping process, centrifugal drying process conducted five process material balance, heat balance process equipment and accurate calculation and selection of the three aspects puting base. This design requires the use of derived seven 70m3 (Ⅱtype) stainless steel polymerization reactor operated in parallel, seven 70m3 discharge chute, thirteen WL-630 centrifuge.
